ARLINGTON, Texas, Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Power continued its
history of rewarding hard work when it hired Texas native and Dallas Baptist
University graduate, David Chase as its new General Manager. In his tenure
prior to being promoted, David served as the company's Sales Manager and later
as Training Manager. As Sales Manager, he oversaw the biggest growth in the
company's history. Utilizing a calm and guiding hand, along with creative
means to motivate his employees, Chase more than doubled enrollments on a
weekly and monthly basis compared to the previous year. Moving from sales
Chase served in the training department where he led training varying from
sales training to new hire orientation. It was not long until Texas Power
decided to move him to the next level, General Manager.

David Chase's Mission
Mr. Chase has seen first-hand the potential Texas Power has for growth and
he wants that to continue on his watch. He welcomes growth and expansion but
not at the expense of what is most important to Texas Power and himself. Faith
is an integral part of what sets Texas Power apart from other REPs. They have
never been shy about promoting it and Chase echoes that in his actions and in
his plan for taking Texas Power to the next level. Servant leadership has
become Chase's mantra and he has begun to spread it throughout the company. As
Chase put it, "Our underlying question, 'How may I best serve you?' is the
core of our culture, our customer care and is the heart of Servant Leadership.
It is an exciting time as I have been entrusted with new responsibilities. I
am fortunate to be a part of an excellent management team and employees
throughout the company. I look forward to serving our company and our
customers." By applying this way of doing business Chase hopes to continue
Texas Power's rise in the Texas retail electricity market as well as keeping
in place the core values that make Texas Power and David Chase what they are.
