In a green energy proposal of massive proportions, United Kingdom officials have rolled out a blueprint for meeting 15 percent of all its energy needs in 2020 from renewable resources, including a call to boost the current UK renewable electricity target of 10 percent by 2010 to 35 percent or higher by 2020.
